The ORONTES departed from Plymouth on 18th May, 1882 with 414 Immigrants on board, this document is the crew list for the voyage, this list was handed in to the Shipping Masters Office in Sydney on arrival.
ORONTES arrived into Sydney on 19th August, 1882 and was immediately quarantined. Pratique was expected to be granted in a few days. Source: SMH 21 August, 1882.
