Sydney, 19/7/78. To Capt. Shorter. Dear Sir, The bearer, Charles Richards, states he came by the Cheviot. It appears, as he states, that in some way his name was given as Beeswax. From hiis manner, he appears to be truthful and I will make enquires on board the Cheviot on Monday and see you about him. Yours very truly, J. Flyn Harper.
