Source: State Records Authority of New South Wales: Shipping Master's Office; Passengers Arriving 1855 - 1922; NRS13278, [X427] reel 2100. Transcribed by Mary-Anne. Proofread by Lyn & Maurie. This little steamer Bopple was owned by local saw
miller Wilson Hart & Co. who had their mill on the banks of the Mary River. It commenced business in 1867, was burnt down a couple of times, swapped to the other side of the river and eventually closed in 1986. Obviously they must have supplied a bit of timber to Sydney.
